Game Status
The game was sadly not finished although it had a lot of promise. The developers as of last night have said they will not work on this game anymore. The programmer put up a link to the project files and the artist said he will probably open source the art so that a fan can finish the game. There has already been one person saying that he will try to finish the game. Also Anton Riehl who did the music for the game wants to help by offering more music he made for the game to be put in.
Overall Thoughts
Wolfire Games did a good job making a game that has hooked people. When they shut down their streams last night there were many protests that they needed to keep working or continue the next day. This game deserves it though, the idea is unique and the details put in are excellent. Watching Aubrey make the models for the game was very fun and he put so much time into even little things like the interior and little people on the train. I have no doubt that this game will get completed and it deserves to be. It would be a waste to have those models never be seen in game. Considering they had the smallest team I think this group did a very good job. I just wish they had actually finished the game themselves.
