Botanicula Debut
Botanicula was made by the same developers as Machinarium and has debuted today and not just in stores, but in this wonderful bundle. Unfortunately offering Botanicula on the day it became available was a problem for some of the people who had pre-ordered for full price. The developers are offering those pre-orders the soundtrack, an artbook, and Machinarium for free because of this as they stated on their Facebook. Botanicula is a point and click adventure about a group of tree creatures that is trying to save a seed from a life sucking evil spider. Along the way you use the various abilities of the team to solve different puzzles. The artstyle is quite unique and the soothing nature sounds in the background are great as well.
World Land Trust
Once again Humble Bundle is helping a new charity out. This time it is the World Land Trust charity which is all about conservation of the rainforest. World Land Trust has been insturmental in helping saving hundreds of thousands of acres of the rainforest by making them wildlife preserves.
Not Just Humble Games
Humble Bundle has branched out yet again. Along with your games and soundtracks that are becoming the standard for bundle this bundle has something different. This time Humble Bundle is including a full length movie called Kooky if you pay over the average. Kooky is a Czech movie dubbed in English about a teddy bear using multiple types of animation. It was made by the award winning director Jan Sverák. Now that they have added a movie who knows what they will be bundling in next.
This bundle doesn’t just have Botanicula and Kooky in it though. Amanita Design is putting Machinarium and Samorost 2 in the bundle with the Botanicula Debut. If you pay over the average along with Kooky you also get Windosill another point and click adventure.
