Star Wars is Mainstream

Warning: This is an editorial lamenting how nerd culture relating to Star Wars has changed. If you are okay with how it has changed, this is probably not for you. Yes, I am crying over what I saw as a beloved franchise being mutilated.

Star Wars has taken a lot of flack recently. For the most part, this is deserved as it is being cashed out even harder than back in the day.
