Upon seeing Los Chtuluchadores: Elder Things in the Wrestling Ring I had one reaction: What is going on? The last time this happened was with Soda Drinker Pro, so it seems like this might be worth writing about. A decidedly ridiculous and somewhat confusing premise has a very well-thought-out game behind it.
Why the Los Chtuluchadores Kickstarter Stands Out for Us
They are not only giving copies of the game and such for donations, but also bonuses for shares on social media. For example early share amounts unlock pledge levels. Other ones add unique cards, wallpapers and more to the deal. While some Kickstarters do something with this we think most of them are missing out. If you are planning on having a project then be sure to do something similar to this. It really does make a difference and was a reason why we decided to feature it.
Los Chtuluchadores in a Nutshell
You have a simple board with character icons, move cards and quite a bit more. You win by collecting elder signs or squeezing the elder ooze out of the opponent. Ooze is based on something they’re calling a “squirt value” which we find a little unsettling and hope they change.
That being said you use moves and taunts to injure the opponent or get the crowd on your side. Each character has special cards to do that with. Perhaps the most interesting thing about it is that they have released a free version for you to play already. This is yet another

So they have an instructional video, pictures and promotion for sharing. This is probably one of the best planned projects we have ever seen, bar none. They also let you add cards if you pledge a decent amount. We hope this succeeds as they clearly put a ton of effort into it.
