In K episode 5, both Homura and Scepter 4 are trying to infiltrate Ashinaka High School to find Shiro. Unfortunately for them things do not go as planned.
In honor of this episode being mostly about Fushimi enjoy some of the many faces of Fushimi.
Neko is really stretching my ability to believe at some points. Sometimes people are able to see her and sometimes they can not. That could be put down to a certain extent to her powers, but it is more than just that. Neko just suddently appears in a class full of people and everyone shrugs it off after a minute. Then after that very weird appearance in front of everyone she acts very strange like getting on the ground begging for food. If she is able to make all of these things seem normal then she must be very powerful.
The color faction that a person is a part of seems to impact how they do things in many ways rather than just the kind of magic they have. The blue faction appears to have to do things legally like getting permission to search the school and making sure not to inconvenience people there. The red faction goes against the law whenever possible to get what they want. Blue is cold and calculated about what they do while red is full of passion and feelings. Fushimi is a blending of the two in more than just powers. Fushimi will try to handle things the legal way, but if negotiations break down then he will do what he has to. As shown in K, when Seri was having trouble convincing the principal to let them find the culprit he went out on his own to search through their files. Also during the fight with Yata, Fushimi cooly instigates the fight with Yata. His actions were driven by his enjoyment of seeing Yata’s reaction. Seeing what Fushimi plans on doing with both his powers in this series should be interesting. Maybe he will infiltrate even more of the factions to receive even more power.
Shiro not showing up in the student registry and having his friend Kukuri not rat him out this time shook things up a bit. Maybe it will put them off the scent for a while. It has deeper implications though. Was Shiro ever really a student? It has been shown in the show that the teachers will accept people as students that just show up in the class. Also Shiro has not had a PDA the whole time, so maybe there is actually a reason behind that. If Shiro is not a student, then why is he there? Kukuri not ratting him out over the picture is a bit more confusing since she did it so quickly last time. Maybe Shiro talked to her about telling random people where he is, there could be magic at work or something else even stranger.
