These games run the gamut from hack-and-slash to top-down space simulator. Many of you might already have these games. However that is a testament to the sheer quality of this bundle.Let us go down each one:
- DustForce is a stylish platformer. It stands out for having interesting jumping mechanics and a nice art style
- Rochard is another platformer that stands out for the innovative physics in the game
- Shatter is a fun puzzle game that prides itself on having interesting physics in each level
- S.P.A.Z. is a top-down space combat and exploration sim. This game has a large amount of combat for an indie title and a wide variety of ships. This is one of our personal favorites out of the bundle.
- Torchlight is a hack-and-slash that took the Diablo formula and made it better. It stands out for the excellent and easy to use user interface.
- Vessel is yet another beautiful platformer. This one has harder puzzles than similar ones. It also stands out for the water effects in the game.
Basically all of these games have something impressive about them. The only problem with this bundle is that it is very heavy on the platformer genre. All the games have something unique about them, but it is unlikely that you will want to play three platformers in a row.
