Forge Quest Steam Greenlight News

The Forge Quest Steam Greenlight page has been put up. We want to go over the game as we have in the past and talk about why you might be interested.

The Forge Quest Steam Greenlight Edition Gameplay

As far as gameplay goes it plays in a similar manner to other top-down adventure games. You find items and increase the skills of your character as time goes along. One thing that sets it apart is that 4 players can play together at the same time. This co-op addition is pretty handy when you consider that it will have PC netplay. Each player will have their own world to explore.

As far as art it has a voxel style similar to some other games you have seen. This usually works well with games that run on the Zelda-style engine so we will probably see more of them as time goes on.

Crafting in the Forge Quest Steam Greenlight Edition

Crafting is also a very important part of this game. You can improve equipment and raise individual stats on items as well over time. You can even eventually build them into legendary items. You can also have your friends help you with the crafting as well. We hope it will bring the same level of fun it does in other games with this feature.

Supporting the Forge Quest Steam Greenlight

You can check out the Forge Quest Steam Greenlight page here. We enjoy the game so we are hoping that you give the development team your support to get on here. After all having yet another game on Steam is rarely a bad thing. We hope that the netcode works well as that will make or break the game. There are many games like this but if the co-op is good then this one will stand out.
