Continuing with ecchi weekend, Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san is not for everyone. This show should not be watched by children or possibly anyone at all.
Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san is not your average ecchi show. It has more fetish materials and graphic violence than seems appropriate. Most of the more inappropriate material is towards the beginning of the show. It appears less later. Do no watch without a strong stomach and an open mind.
Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san is a show about a detective agency that uses demons to help them solve cases and help the client. Usually the way they help the client is not the way the client would like it done.
Each of the demons specializes in something like lust, tyranny, or jealousy. About halfway through the series the episodes are no longer centered on cases and focus more on random things. It doesn’t seem to follow a greater story or make sense later.
The story for Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san is lacking. This is not unusual for an ecchi show, but it starts out as just a strange detective show and goes off into random nonsense with demons. I prefer the random nonsense, but why the sham with the cases at the beginning then?
The stars of this show are the demons. The main character is not a demon though, she is just the reason the demons are there. Most of the episodes are just centered around what the demons are doing whether it is solving the case, getting into fights, or making everything worse. They should have just cut out the middleman and had only demons in the main cast.
Each demon has some kind of complex which is what their entire character is built around. This does not make for the most diverse cast because they spend a lot of time angry about something to do with their complex. I guess it makes sense when dealing with demons though.
Overall I would not suggest that anyone watch this show. It is for a very niche audience. If you have to watch this show you might want to skip a few episodes after the first one.
Ecchi: 1/5
Show: 2/5 Some parts were just downright gross.
