Atomic Indie Bundle from Bundlestars

The Atomic Indie Bundle is the latest group of games from Bundle Stars. This impressive bundle has a huge variety of Steam titles but more importantly benefits the “Special Effect” charity. Today we’ll run down each game shortly for you so that you can decide for yourself.

The Games in the Atomic Indie Bundle

This particular setup has quite a few noteworthy shooters including “Section 8” and Legendary. Let us run down each one:

  • Section Eight is a first-person shooter where you fight in a powerful battlesuit. The enemy has massive war machines to match and tower over yours though. Noteworthy for the nice vehicle and equipment dynamics.
  • The First Templar is a third-person action game where you play as a member of an early grail order. This game is noteworthy for some interesting close combat.
  • Legendary is an FPS where the mythical beasts of legend have literally come to life. You have to save the world with a powerful ability you unwittingly unleashed.
  • Dream Pinball is exactly what it sounds. You play traditional pinball across a variety of well-rendered machines. If you like pinball, here it is.
  • Disciples III: Resurrection brings the traditional Disciples gameplay with an updated graphics overhaul. If you like strategy games this one should be great for you.
  • Insecticide is a 3D platformer in the same vein as Psychonauts. It has some truly bizarre environments for you to enjoy as well.
  • The Tropico Trilogy is a series of classic strategy games where you make your country mighty or run it into the ground. Both ways are fun.
  • Imperium Romanium is an interesting take on the strategy genre where you do everything from building a city to running chariot races. A really interesting choice for those who want more than just war.
  • Spacechem is a bizarre puzzler where you must use elements in order to create circuits and other reactions.
  • Dino D-Day is an FPS that lets you play as or against various dinosaurs. It’s a very short but cool way to play.

So as you can see there are quite a lot of games in this Atomic Indie Bundle. Right now the price is $5.03 for the whole thing. This seems like a fairly good value.
