Super Street Fighter 4 2012 patch is out - Nerd Age

Super Street Fighter 4 has recently gotten a massive patch.
You can find the whole changelog here: Capcom Unity.The list is huge and we won’t be going over everything. We will however simplify the major changes that we think are important.
Super Street Fighter 4 Major Changes:
Ryu – A larger hitbox on his Metsu Shoryuken. You can now complete combos more easily with it. His Hadoken and Heavy Shoryuken were also changed.
Ken – Thunder kick gained some frame advantage. His target combo was also changed, while it hits more targets the startup on canceling from a standing medium punch has gone up to 20 Frames.
Chun-li – Increased stun on a few moves, and changed several hitboxes. She has a ton of minor changes.
E. Honda – His sumo headbutt and hundred hand slap were overall improved.
Blanka – gained some frames on his rolling attack.
Zangief- Got several minor buffs, including to his EX banishing flat.
Guile- Flash Kick was nerfed, and got a mix of minor buffs and nerfs.
Dhalsim- A ton of changes. Overall he comes out ahead in it though. His Yoga Inferno is much better.
Balrog- Some very useful buffs, including a damage buff to Buffalo Head.
Vega- Changes to several moves. Bloody High Claw can now be used as a link in a combo.
Sagat- Angry Charge does more damage. Improved crouching medium punch hitbox.
M Bison – Improved stun on knee press.
C Viper- Several serious nerfs and buffs. No more throw invincibility on EX seismic hammer. However Thunder Knuckle is throw invincible on the heavy version.
Rufus- Nerfed Big Bang Typhoon to a max 10 hits on airborne opponents.
El Fuerte- Serious buffs, including more invulnerability frames on moves like Propeller Tortilla.
Abel- Breathless is now overall improved, but is not throw invincible after the dash.
Tanden Stream- A mix of buffs and nerfs, Tanden Stream now has full invincibility to a certain point, but the damage was nerfed.
Akuma – Increased throw frames, but you can cancel into EX Zanku Hadoken from more moves.
Gouken- Tons of changes to his specials and normals. Most importantly you can vary his fireball speed on Denji Hadoken now.
Cammy- Changed the frame data for Heavy Spiral Arrow significantly.
Fei Long- Serious changes to many of his moves. Overall he got nerfed pretty hard.
Sakura- Improved EX Hadoken damage.
Rose – Some serious frame buffs on several moves from Soul Satellite to Soul Piede.
Gen- Serious changes to Jyasen, and lots of other changes to hitboxes and frames.
Dan- He had several changes, but the most significant is that he gets a serious super meter bonus when landing a taunt.
T. Hawk- Some much-needed buffs to his invulnerability and moves he can link. Heavy Body Press and Heavy Shoulder can now come off of a vertical jump.
Dee Jay- Nerfs and buffs. Sobat festival can be canceled into on the penultimate hit of the Sobat Super Carnival Combo.
Guy- Improved hitboxes on his jumps.
Cody- A ton of changes, he was overall buffed though. His knife is much better.
Ibuki- Significant changes to her moves. Some, like Tsijigoe, lost hurtboxes. Hashinsho is also much better as an anti-air.
Makoto- Health nerfed. However hayate got major changes that are effectively a buff.
Dudley- Major hitbox changes, many have now been extended and lengthened.
Adon- Improved some of his links, but also extended his hurtbox on Jaguar Kick.
Hakan- Huge improvements to frames, stun, etc. He even starts oiled up!
Juri- Some much needed buffs to links, and minor damage buffs.
Yun- Ouch. Nerfs to damage, hitboxes, shortened genei jin and more.
Yang- A tower of changes, both nerfs and buffs. We’re not sure how he’ll come out of this in the end.
Evil Ryu- More options for moves, better health and more stun.
Oni Akuma- Same as evil Ryu, better damage, etc. Overall better than he was.
