- Machinarium– A point and click adventure. Machinarium gets extra points for its quirky story. However it is most noteworthy for its beautiful artistic style.
- Super Meat Boy– An extremely hard platformer that can even challenge hardcore gamers. As with all titles from this developer, the game is quite strange but also good.
- VVVVVV– A gravity-defying journey into the strangest spaceship anyone could imagine. If you like a different type of platformer, this game is also for you.
- World of Goo– A strategic puzzle game where you have to build your way to the top. Most people already have this, but that doesn’t make it any less good.
