A new Space Hulk is coming out before too long. We want to go over it for you a bit. The original game had many fans due to the close connection to canon.
The Core of the New Space Hulk
The game itself will be going over the “Sin of Damnation” campaign. It will feature 12 missions with single and co-op play. You can also go head-to-head and play as a Genestealer. The game will also be cross-platform across all the PC platforms it is released on. Perhaps the most exciting thing is the fact that players can create and share new maps.
My Personal Experience with Space Hulk
My experience with Space Hulk was a great board game and terrible PS1 title. I probably would have had a better experience if I had played the PC version first. However we are no longer quite so entrenched in the terrible ports era. There are bad ones, but some can be done competently still. Fortunately this new game should not have the same problem. It will be on PC, Mac and IoS which usually have pretty decent and easy ports.
DLC for Future Editions
Something new that will be coming is DLC for future editions. We hope to see some new enemies even beyond the tabletop game. We hope that it will not be too expensive.
More Information on Space Hulk
Be sure to check out the main Space Hulk Site. The game at least has a sleek new look. We hope that they keep the gameplay close to the tabletop game. It is being worked on by Full Control. They are perhaps best known for Frontline Tactics, so look to that game to get an idea of what to expect. This is their biggest project yet, and we hope they rise to the challenge.
