Pokemon X and Y New Information

Everyone wants to hear more and more about Pokemon X and Y. Now the Pokemon have “Mega Evolution” in this latest edition. What the heck does that mean? I just found out so I’m going to explain it. We has heard some rumors previously but now they are fully confirmed.

What is Mega Evolution in Pokemon X and Y?

The mega evolutions are simply well, “Mega” versions of old Pokemon that you would have seen in the various Pokemon TV series, games, and even on Pokemon trading cards from somewhere like https://pokeflip.com/, for those who are into collecting. These mega evolutions include Mega Mewtwo and Lucario. You use Mega Stones of various varieties to evolve them. It looks like the Pokemon designers have gotten tired of just pouring tons of different creatures in. Now they want branching trees. We are guessing this will be how they handle the game for years. That is right people, one day every Pokemon will likely also be an Eevee. Despite the consoles being hard to get hold of, you can always play the older versions on a console emulator and download Pokemon red roms, for one example, if you favour the older versions to the new release.

There will be many of them such as Lucarioinite and Blazikenite which will evolve those specific Pokemon. Some of them are only available through special events, as you might expect. The Blazikenite is one of these that will be available sometime around release.

Super Training in Pokemon X and Y

Super Training is going to be a way that you can train your creatures while they are not in battle. They can increase core stats with touch screen mini-games. Core Training is also going to be part of this which also has touch screen mechanics. You’re going to be doing a lot of tapping if you want to fully improve your team. Both of these are ways to increase their base stats although we would assume stat limits are still around. It looks like this will be the form that the mini-games take in this game.
