Nerd-Age begins Friday the 13th. - Nerd Age

Nerd Age .com, a site promising to deliver innovative and interesting coverage on many nerdy topics, was officially registered Friday the 13th. In recognition of this, expect an upcoming review of Friday the 13th.

At Nerd Age we will be covering a variety of topics on Videogames, Comics and Anime. We will mostly be using pen names to cover these topics. This is because some people are scared to use their real names due to the internet being a dark, scary place. But let’s give you some background:

Nerd Age was started by Dan McDaniel who will be going by Dan Hibiki. I started working on this site because I saw that there were quite a few terrible sites doing well. We can easily do much better than some of the bigger names that have gotten complacent with success.

Much of its staff comes from an online streaming community at game-voyeur.com. While the two are completely separate entities, we like to hang out there.

We have a robust gaming community with its own vent servers and active FPS along with MOBA game players. If you would ever like to just come play with us, join our steam group.

We are going to be focusing chiefly on Indie games in the future, while we work our way up to the big companies. We have already had significant success in getting interview and previews from some big names. Most notably we have had an interview with the Terraria creators, which was our first major interview.

We plan to make this a huge site later on, easily the equal of any bigger site. We’re just taking it one step at a time so far. If you would like to join our team you can contact dan@nerd-age.com. We are leaving this post here as a memorial to the very beginning of the site.
