Nerd Age Begins Hosting Servers - TTT to Start - Nerd Age

Update: Due to a lack of support from the community we will likely be closing these soon in favor of a Minecraft or Terraria server.

Nerd Age finally has one of our much-wanted servers. Our first server is a Garry’s Mod TTT server. We run a variety of maps including:

• ttt_scarisland
• ttt_wintermansion
• ttt_vessel
• ttt_cloverfield

And we hope to have many more. We are currently setting everything up. We hope to have custom items and such when everything is finished. Let us know if you would like to see a specific item or weapon. Or even a certain map. We will do what we can to get it in for you.

What is a Server?

A server is a type of computer or device on a network that manages network resources. Servers are typically dedicated. This means that they perform no other tasks besides their server tasks. That being said, on multiprocessing operating systems, a single computer can execute several programs at once. A server in this case could refer to the program that is managing resources rather than the entire computer. Why Should Anyone Care About the Nerd Age Servers?

Secondly, you can give us feedback. Do you want a specific server coming next, such as Minecraft? Would you rather have TF2? We also have both a Ventrilo and Mumble server that you can use.
