The full info on the new Killing Floor event has been revealed. There is going to be a second Killing Floor Twisted Christmas event. The event will start on the 7th of December and run through January 4th.
Ice Cave is the brand new level for the Killing Floor event. There will also be the Winter Weapon pack. The pack includes seven new weapons with their own achievements. This will be free DLC for everyone and the guns include:
- A .44 Magnum revolver for the Sharpshooter. You can actually dual wield these for what we can only assume will be maximum damage.
- The Commando gets a US Army surplus M-4 Carbine. It of course has it’s own red dot, as you have to have a red dot.
- Demolitions get their sight removed on the Carbine, but they get a grenade launcher added.
- Supports get yet another combat shotgun, this one being semi-auto.
- Berserkers get the very large and impressive Scottish Claymore. Now you can go toe-to-toe with even more Fleshpounds.
- Medic’s get an MP5 machine pistol with a dart-firing device on the bottom.
- The Firebug gets the massive Husk cannon. If you want to deal some big damage this is the gun for you this Christmas.
Evil Santa’s Lair is back along with the special Christmas models. You can even get the Baddest Santa costume once again this year. The same achievements will be back as well.
They will also be releasing a new Steampunk character pack. Steampunk 2: Judgement Steampunk. A new set of people clad in various clanking metal just for you. We’ve heard nothing on a new Christmas-themed character though, it doesn’t look like there will be one.
