We love games where you can trap and annihilate people like Deception. Now there is a game that takes that formula into the open world. Instead of guarding an area or mansion you have to eliminate a “bad guy” wandering around the open work in Kill the Bad Guy.
Combos and Kill the Bad Guy
The game itself has you create combos to eliminate the bad guy then cover up the evidence. Just watch the video above and see how brutal they get. In an open world there are thousands of possibilities they could add to the game.
The game is going to be multiplatform on Windows, Mac and Linux to start with. We assume they will also move to mobile devices later on. Hopefully the quality will be similar throughout each as the worst thing that could happen would be a light port that doesn’t have all the features. This absolutely ruins many games and they should really want to avoid it.
The Story of Kill the Bad Guy
Early versions have shown some rather faceless guys without back story. While it sounds like this might be what is in the final we hope not. Learning the stories of those you are taking out will give you more drive to do so and make the game more interesting all around.
The Upcoming Kill the Bad Guy Crowdfunding
While they don’t have it out yet they are going to be having a Kickstarter and Steam Greenlight. If you are excited about the game as well then you can check out their Facebook as well. It seems to us that individual “bad guy” stories will pretty much have to be added as Kickstarter rewards later on if they want to be successful. It worked for other games.
