Kakumeiki Valvrave episode 4 is all about gaining control of the Valvrave. ARUS wants to gain control of Valvrave in order to use the technology to make more units and attack Dorssia. L-elf is trying to get Haruto to go along with his plan to have a revolution for Dorssia. The students from JIOR find out that the senator from ARUS is going to leave them behind and gain control of the Valvrave in order to use it as a bargaining tool for their freedom. After insuring their freedom they detach their module from the rest of JIOR in hopes of being their own self sufficient entity.
The students of JIOR in Kakumeiki Valvrave do not seem to have fully thought this through. Makes sense though since the girl trying to start all of this was a politician’s daughter. She has make a lot of promises and claims that will probably cause problems or she has no way of making sure they work out. A lot of the problems will not be shown since they are not exciting. Like where will they get their food now? This was a school, so more than likely their food was being provided and they were not self sufficient. Even if they do have the ability to get food on their new separate module, since there are no adults they probably do not know what needs to be done to get it all. If they could run out of food their enemies in ARUS or Dorssia would just need to surround the place and promise food if they give up the Valvrave. There should be more problems though besides just food like waste disposal, healthcare and many other things that a bunch of kids would not know. The whole independence thing should be impossible.
L-elf is probably the only one that has the right idea about what to do about the Valvrave. Getting control of the pilot is the best way to get the help of the mech. After the ARUS soldier was destroyed by the cockpit they should have been more wary of it.
