Humble Indie Bundle will feature Defcon, Darwinia - Nerd Age

Humble Indie Bundle will at some point in the future be featuring games such as Defcon and Darwinia.
Humble Indie Bundle is having a hard time hiding its information. But then the same is true for nearly every company with Steam. The reason is that people have been snooping around the Steam files for quite some time now.
In a story by DIY gamer they reports that there will be a introversion Humble Indie Bundle retail package. This includes Darwinia, Multiwinia and Defcon. Unless something changes due to this spoiled release, you’ll be able to get all these very cheaply.
What exactly does this mean? Don’t bother buying these because you’ll just lose money when the bundle comes out. It also means that people snooping around their files is becoming a problem for Steam.
This previously happened with the Dead Island “Feminist Whore” story. Users went snooping around there too and found incriminating evidence. However it wasn’t really Valve’s fault there. This time it’s quite different.
Between the hacking and this, Valve has been doing an absolutely terrible job of keeping information secret. When you’ve lost the information of both your subscribers and those who publish your game on Steam, what is left to lose? Although it is good news for journalists as we will of course have the information long before anyone else.
The other part of the story is that this move makes sense. Introversion has fallen on hard times recently, meaning they could really use some economic stimulus.
However this also has some ramifications for them. Obviously this is the time when you would need to buy Introversion’s games the most, yet with this news there is little reason to. On the other hand just the funds from the bundle might be enough to keep them afloat.
