Guncraft Play Session Information
Feel free to watch the full video. But if you do not have time here are a few things we learned:
- They want to institute visual recoil like some games have
- More modes will come in the future
- Greenlight is vital to their future plans. In the final version they want custom maps, skins and guns
- Player interaction is very important and players will be able to change nearly every part of the game
- Players themselves have already started making maps and having them published. You could be next
So you have a huge opportunity here. You can get involved in a game with a lot of force behind it. They have their own support from sites such as ours and Destructoid. From what we have played it was quite enjoyable as well. We will be continuing to cover this game over time so stick with us.

The Guncraft Beta
The beta is drawing to a close on April 30th. If you get in before then you get quite a few nice additions. Here are a few:
- The exclusive Cubetron tileset, character skin and weapon pack
- Onslaught mode
- A Beta Survivor Gun
- A Beta Survivor Melee Weapon
- A Beta Survivor Character Skin
In the final edition you will be able to create your own guns in addition to the other features. This means from the gun to a skin you can have a unique character of your own. This is the major thing that sets Guncraft apart from other similar “Voxel” games. After the 30th you will not be able to get these bonuses but you will be able to contribute to the community. You can however expect a larger release around that time.
Guncraft on Steam Greenlight
Guncraft needs your help to make it through Steam Greenlight. Check out their page here: Steam. Beta members will also receive Steam codes for the game later on. Right now you can go to the Exato Games site and get it. We hope that with your help this game can make it on to Steam.
