Ginga Kikoutai Majestic Prince episode 7 finally reveals the enemy fully. The beginning of the episode is all about the Wulgaru and their reasons for fighting the humans and plans for their new attack. On the other side the humans are planning their own major attack against the Wulgaru with their new secret weapon. Team Rabbits is getting used to their new status and surroundings. The team goes on their first major offensive that starts off badly because the plan does not hold up to the Wulgaru attack.
Ginga Kikoutai Majestic Prince finally reveals the enemy as people instead of a mysterious force. To the humans the Wulgaru are a force that wants to destroy them and they are fighting for survival. The Wulgaru on the other hand are fighting to fulfill a prophecy that says they should do certain things at a certain time. Their attacks up to now have been surveillance, so the group could be in a lot of trouble. The fighting force is mostly willing to go along with the prophecy for their own reasons, but the prince only wants things he should not have. He could be a problem for the Wulgaru.
Team Rabbits has left the only home they remember having at their old school. Now they are a major part of the GDF’s forces and have privileges they never had before like large rooms to themselves. The group does not know what to do with themselves and keep ending up in one person’s room hanging out together.
Ginga Kikoutai Majestic Prince also brings up family and what it really means. For all the members of Team Rabbits family is something they can only imagine and assume they had at one point. Izuru was lonely for his old “home” at the school when his pit crew offered to be his family. He does not know what to think at first, but after they stand up for him Izuru goes along with it. Ginga Kikoutai Majestic Prince really is driving home every episode about how different the crew is from normal kids. I have to wonder if there will be a point behind this later or if they are just trying to put more emotion into the series because people will feel sorry for these kids.
