Sparrow’s Hotel
Sparrow’s Hotel focuses on one employee named Sayuri. At first Sayuri looks like an attractive woman with a large chest, but she is also very strong. From what I understand she is a skilled assassin as well. Unfortunately even with that talent she is still a ditz.
Sparrow’s Hotel is trying too hard to show Sayuri being attractive and strong. Even if they do not keep throwing it in the viewers face they will get it. It would have been nice to move into some kind of story or at least try to fit those thing into the show naturally. Instead it just rehashed the same things with very little variation.
The artstyle and animation for Sparrow’s Hotel are not very good. The show looks like it was made years ago when it is brand new. Also the animation for some parts is off. For instance this show is supposed to be about a big chested woman, but they have the jiggle all wrong.
Overall this show misses the mark on being funny or interesting. Not worth even watching for a few minutes.

Aiura
Aiura is a show about what happens in life when nothing is happening. At least that is what the description says. It is accurate to say that nothing happens in the first episode though. Whoever thought that making a show about nothing happening was a good idea should be fired. This is not the first time that a show along these lines has happened and I did not like the last one either. Aiura does not even have pictures of cats to distract me.
The art for Aiura does not even save it. The background is like a pen and watercolor painting half the time. Pen and watercolor do not go together very well. Also sometimes the background looks better, so it would have been better if they had skipped the pen and watercolor parts. I know there will not be tons of effort put into Aiura since it is a short show, but it could be better than this.
The best part of this show is the opening. After the opening what happens to the crabs? The false impression that the show will have girls that love crabs is the final straw.
Overall this show would have been better with crabs or any point behind it at all.
Status: Not Watching. Needs more crabs.

It is like I am really helping a teenage girl pick out clothes. How exciting.
