Senyuu
Senyuu is about a hero that is one out of many and people are not counting on him so much as one of them defeating the demons. The story shows what would happen if there were many different heroes instead of one special hero or group of heroes. It gives a more humorous account of how it is to be a hero.
The story of Senyuu is kind of clever. Usually the story is that there is a special hero or they have an important bloodline that has somehow been traced to this person. In reality they probably would not know who was the real descendant of the hero from many years ago just like in the story. They probably would not round up all the people who had any claim too it, but the waters would be a lot more muddy about the relationship than they appear to be in most stories starring a hero. I also like how they have all the heroes getting in each others way and having to get in before all the demons are gone. If there was a real prize then that is how it would probably turn out.
Senyuu is not the only anime this season to call the hero by hero, but I think it is more effective in this show than in Maou. It shows that Hero 45 is not important and could not bother to use his real name most of the time.
Overall I think Senyuu is one of the better shorts this season.

Look at some of the descendants. There is Wooser, who obviously has the blood of a hero in him.
GJ-bu
GJ-bu is about a club named the GJ Club and its random antics.
GJ-bu is a comedy and does not have any real story. It is just another show that has a school club that has no real point behind it except wacky antics. This club only features one boy, so Kyoka has a built in harem of four girls.
The artwork for GJ-bu is not that good.
Overall this show does not unique and the jokes are not funny.
