First Impressions: Natsuiro Kiseki

Natsuiro Kiseki is the story of four girls that make wishes on a rock together.

In Natsuiro Kiseki starts out showing when the girls made a wish on a special rock when they were younger. Then it returns to the present when Natsumi is trying to get her friend Saki to keep her promise to meet with her for morning practice. Saki is hostile when Natsumi brings it up for no apparent reason. This leads to the two of them stating they will not be friends. After a while it comes out what is wrong with Saki and the other two friends try to have Natsumi and Saki make up. They are all at the big rock for reconciliation when something special happens.

At first this was your standard slice of life with schoolgirls and I was pretty bored. I did not want to see Natsumi and Saki fight for however many episodes this show is slated for. Then at the end they mix it up some and I am no longer sure where this show is going. I still don’t think it is going to be very interesting though.

From what I have heard about this show it is mostly just for showing off a group of voice actresses, so I guess it isn’t very surprising that this show isn’t great. They have a lot of singing in the show and talking just to hear themselves. I guess if you are a fan of the voice actresses then this is the show for you.

Not a lot to talk about with this show since it is pretty bland. Overall the art is ok, the music is pretty good, and the story is pretty poor.

Status: Not Watching I am not a fan of any particular voice actress so there is no draw for me here.
