Litchi DE Hikari Club
Litchi DE Hikari Club is a short with only 2 and a half minutes to use. The first episode is all about what they are going to do with an intruder. At first they were going to have him killed, but Kanon does not want him killed. So they have joke after joke about what they should do with him until the girl comes up with the cruelest and most appropriate punishment.
Since Litchi DE Hikari Club is a short they went for a short gag. It is not funny though. Hopefully they will come up with some better material for future episodes.
The show is not even properly animated, it is a short done in flash. So the visuals do not make up for the lack of comedy.
Overall there is nothing to see in this short. The premise had a lot of promise, but being a short and poorly animated has let the show down. Hopefully this will just be a stepping stone to getting a full length show later like franchises have done before.

Busou Shinki
Busou Shinki is about 3 Shinki and their relationship with their master. They are all moving into an apartment. The Shinki are helping to clean up when they find their master’s important stuff. The important stuff includes a letter which blows away and all the Shinki go to retrieve it. The Shinki find out after their master returns that it was an old room made for Arnval.
The whole premise for this show is a mixture of stories from other robot girl anime. Unfortunately the mixture includes only the bad parts of those shows. Plus there is all the subservience and rivalry of a really bad harem anime thrown in for good measure.
The models for the Shinki look a lot like the bases for Angels.
The animation for this show is some of the worst I have seen in a while. The level of detail is very low and coloring is very bland. The character designs all look like copies of characters from other shows.
Overall fans of the toy line or people who have to watch everything mecha will want to see this.
Status: Not Watching
These two shows would have been better if they could have traded lengths. Busou Shinki would maybe be watchable with a short length to do something cute in. Litchi DE Hikari Club would be better with time to tell a story and have depth.
