Bundle in a Box fostered high expectactions. They claimed that their box had things never seen before. Unfortunately, the last box did not quite meet those. But that isn’t going to stop them. Their latest box is the Bundle in a Box Deep Space Box.
The Starter Games of Bundle in a Box
At the time of this writing, you can get several games for $0.99 USD. This is a very inexpensive price, but how are the games? Let us take a look:
- Space Giraffe is an arcade shooter in the style of Tempest 2000. It has some nice visuals which may be a bit much for some.
- Death Ray Manta is another flashy shooter. It sells itself on being exclusive to the box.
- The Wreckless is a sci-fi space simulator with a good selection of ships.
- Dark Scavenger is somewhere between a point-and-click and an RPG. It integrates these together, creating a nice experience.
- Armalyte is a nice remake of a classic Commodore 64 game.
The Extra Games of Bundle in a Box
As you might expect, if you beat the average of $5.42 you get more. Some of these look better than the starter ones.
- Sol: Exodus is a space combat game with some impressive visuals. It also has voice acting
- Miner Wars Arena is a top-down ship combat game with tunneling elements
- RobotRiot is a 2D platformer in the style of Contra
You also get Armalyte extras, which just has some content on the making of Armalyte.
A Magazine and Dictionary in the Bundle in a Box?
