Pink Prinny and Dan Hibiki will be taking Idolmaster on together. This show was too bad for one person to handle.

Now here is Pink Prinny!
Idolmaster is an anime about a new company named 765 that is managing 12 new idols. The whole first episode is dedicated to introducing the twelve idols and the other staff of the company. The second episode goes into the difficulty the company is having which they blame on bad promo pictures of the girls.

This is followed by having the girls each have their pictures taken. Oops I have spoiled two episodes, but there isn’t really much to spoil.
This show has a very serious problem because it has too many characters. I know that all these characters came from a game and that this show is trying to ride on the success of the game, but I don’t even see how the game would work with so many girls. Having that many characters makes it hard to get attached to any of them. There is very little room for any of them to grow as a character and give time to all the others. Unless later in the series they start focusing on certain characters this flaw is just going to become more and more noticeable.
Showing us tits and adorable animals won't save this show.
Also for my input on the characters I will just give them one characteristic which sums up their whole personality: dreamer, serious, cowardly, poor, sexy, bitchy, tomboy, sleepy, catlady (I use that in a loose sense since she has all kinds of animals.), mysterious, and twins. I put the twins together because that is their thing they have no personality.

Dan Hibiki’s Turn
When this topic came up, no one wanted to do it. We still don’t want to do it, but we both decided to suffer. Idolmaster is a shameless cash grab for fans of the games. While the games are legendary, this show is awful. You get introduced to the girls in a bland manner, while they do boring things.
I believe they could have made a better show.
Most of it stems from them trying to make you think “that’s so cute”. I honestly don’t think there is any group of people that would actually agree with this dullness. A major problem is it switches between characters so fast that you can’t connect with a single one. On top of that, the animation is terrible and has skipped frames, we had to re-do several screenshots due to the poor animation.
Well we can't take it anymore either.
Hardcore fans might have some enjoyment from it, as you can pretend to be the generic guy or girl. Or pretend you’re the president and you have an underage harem. If these appeal to you, then this is the show for you. Hopefully you’ll be the only one who does.
